Do you have an oven that could use some TLC? Or maybe you’ve tried to give it just that and it’s still looking like it could use some help? Don’t worry, Cleaning By Carrie has some tips to help you get even the dirtiest of ovens looking brand new!
- First you’ll need to gather supplies. Go to your local Dollar General and pick up some SOS pads and the DG brand oven cleaner in the yellow bottle. You’ll also need some rags at the end of the cleaning process!
- Spray away! Coat your oven with the oven cleaner. Make sure you get it on there really well, and get every part!
- Let it sit!!! The best way for the cleaner to penetrate the grease and grime is to let it sit. The longer the better- we recommend 24 hours!
- Scrub-a-dub dub! Use some elbow grease and those SOS pads and give your oven a good scrub. Before you know it, your oven will be looking brand new! This is where you’ll want to use some rags to help clean up that extra grime that you’re getting off!
